Important Information for the Senior Awards Ceremony (Friday, May 8): Students should park in the student parking lot to make room for visitors to park in front of the school for the senior awards ceremony. There is also handicap parking behind the school.

Congratulations to Wyatt Ziegler on passing Microsoft Powerpoint, Word and Excel certification. Wyatt is now a Microsoft Office Specialist and has earned 3 college credit hours for passing all 3 tests. Congratulations are also in order for Bear Lively and Jesse Frazier. Both students have passed the SDC Business Challenge Exam and have earned college credit.

The machining class received their certificates today from the American Cutting Edge (ACE) program. They programmed parts using CAD software to build small air engines. It began as an online course and then they moved on to hands on work with the CNC machine to make their parts to build their air engines.
