Banner of OSHS as a Reward School

For the second time in the last three years, Oliver Springs High School is proud to announce that we are once again a REWARD SCHOOL in the state of Tennessee! The Tennessee Department of Education states that: “Reward status is the top distinction a school can earn in Tennessee. Reward schools are those that are improving overall student academic achievement and student growth for all students and for student groups, and they are identified annually.” Oliver Springs High School received a grade of an A by the state. In order to receive an A, a school must score at or above a 3.1 out of 4.0. Oliver Springs scored a 3.4! Only a small number of schools in the entire state are listed as Reward Schools for 2022. OSHS is 1 of only 3 schools in our district to be a Reward School and the only high school in the district to receive this designation.

Thank you to the teachers and staff for their hard work and dedication to our students. Thank you to our students for taking your classes and these tests seriously!
