Oliver Springs High School is proud of their STEM designation. We strive to encourage 21st century skills mixed with real life applications through out Problem Based Learning (PBL) Experiences. We dedicate 55 minutes per day in a PBL class that is arranged by grade level. Students mainly work in groups on a variety of PBLs throughout the school year. Critical thinking, collaboration, and communication are key aspects to the PBL Experience. PBLs are student centered that allow students to solve problems that have a variety of outcomes and/or answers.
